Yes. We regularly give a full price by phone or email – either a fixed price for the items listed, an hourly rate, or both. For larger house moves it is often best to see the items in person.

Based in Blackpool, covering Lancashire, Manchester and much of the North West (including Blackburn, Bolton, Wigan, Lancaster, Preston, Cumbria and more). Local and long-distance moves within the UK (excluding Northern Ireland), depending on size.

Not usually for local moves, unless it is a busy bank holiday or a very large job. Long-distance moves often need a deposit. If you are in a chain, dates can be flexible with enough notice. Deposit can be paid by phone, in person, bank transfer or PayPal.

Cash, debit or credit card, bank transfer or PayPal. Cheques only if there is time to clear (usually 3–5 working days). Card payments can be taken by phone or on site with a mobile card machine. Receipts available.

As soon as you know your date – the diary fills up. We work long hours including evenings and weekends, so last-minute jobs are often still possible. If someone else wants the same slot as your quote, we will call you.

Yes – Saturdays and Sundays, day or night, at no extra cost. A little more notice helps for Sunday evenings.

We usually quote a fixed price for the items you list and stick to it. Hourly or day rates are also available. Call or use the quote form – evenings are fine.

Yes – goods in transit and public liability insurance.

Yes – mention this when quoting. Wardrobes, beds, tables, swings, office desks and many other items. Taking doors off is usually fine; worn or painted-over screws may take longer and may be charged. Tools are carried as standard.

Upright pianos yes, with care (trolleys, protection). Typically four people – budget from around £130+. Gravel drives and awkward access add cost. Grand pianos are not moved in-house; we can point you to a specialist.

Light contents can often stay if the chest is sturdy. Books, heavy or breakable items should be packed separately. Some self-assembly furniture needs drawers emptied.

Yes if accessible by ladder and safe. It is time-consuming, so please mention it in advance – often quoted separately. Especially helpful for elderly customers or anyone who cannot access the loft safely.

Yes – rooms of your choice, beds and wardrobes placed as you prefer. Have a rough plan ready; measure beds and rooms if you can. Small adjustments on the day are fine.

We need to park close to an accessible door (ideally within about 10m). Please check local restrictions and speak to neighbours – especially opposite your drive. Wheelie bins can reserve space. City-centre jobs may need a temporary permit. Parking fines are usually your responsibility or shared if arrangements were unclear.

Examples include grand pianos, gas bottles, flammable liquids, deep-fat fryers with oil, loose cooking oil bottles and some paints. Ask if you are unsure.
